Engr. Jerry G. Lim
General Manager
Engr. Jerry G. Lim is the founder and owner of Mightyway Construction and Supply, a PCAB licensed construction firm based in Mangaldan, Pangasinan. Established in 2016 as a sole proprietorship, the company was built on the guiding principle of “Building the Mighty Way,” reflecting Engr. Lim’s vision of deliver quality, safe, and sustainable infrastructure for communities.
Under his leadership, Mightyway has grown into a trusted partner of both national and local government agencies, including the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), National Irrigation Administration (NIA), Department of Education (DepEd), and various LGUs across Northern and Central Luzon.
Engr. Lim continues to expand Mightyway’s reach, emphasizing innovation, sustainability, and excellence. His work not only supports infrastructure development but also contributes to the growth and resilience of communities in the region and beyond.
Rachelle Ann Lim
Finance and Admin Manager
Rachelle Ann Lim serves as the Purchasing Officer of Mightyway Construction and Supply, where she plays a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient procurement of materials essential for the company’s projects. She is responsible for sourcing quality supplies, managing supplier relations, and overseeing purchasing processes that align with project requirements and regulatory standards.
With her commitment to accuracy, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, Rachelle Ann supports Mightyway’s mission of delivering durable and compliant infrastructure. Her work contributes to the company’s reputation for professionalism and responsiveness in serving government agencies and local communities.
